Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We ship across Canada from our facility in Brampton, Ontario. Orders usually arrive in 3–9 business days. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

Local pickup at our Brampton facility is free. Free GTA delivery: local delivery within 60 km of our Brampton facility (most of the GTA) is free on any order – choose “Free GTA Delivery” at checkout.
Bulk orders: Orders over $500 qualify for a bulk discount, and orders of 120+ filters also get special shipping rates. Email info@canadianairfilters.com with your sizes, quantities and shipping address for a quote.

Return & Refund Eligibility
We accept returns only for standard-sized items. Any item labeled as custom-made cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged under any circumstances, as it is manufactured specifically for the individual customer.
How Do I Know if My Order is Custom?
On each product page, scroll down to the Product Information section. If you see the note:
"This is a custom-sized product Made To Order. This purchase cannot be returned or refunded."
then the item is custom and non-refundable
Return & Refund Window
All claims (returns, refund requests, or shipping issues) must be made within 30 days of the order date.
Returns requested after this window will not be accepted.
Do We Refund Shipping Costs?
Yes, but only if we made an error (e.g., wrong item sent or product defect). In this case, we will cover the return shipping and send out the correct item at no additional charge.

If the customer placed the wrong order, we may accept returns only on standard-sized items, but the customer will be responsible for:
Shipping the product back to us
Covering the cost of shipping for the replacement (if applicable)
Pickups
Customers may choose to pick up their orders at our facility:

There is no charge for pickup.
IMPORTANT: If an order is not picked up within 1 month, it will be discarded with no refund issued.

We ship to every province and territory in Canada.
Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout using the rates shown above.
Free Delivery
Delivery is free within the Greater Toronto Area (up to 60 km from our Brampton facility) – just select “Free GTA Delivery” at checkout. Ontario orders outside the GTA ship free on orders of $2,500 or more.
Lead Time vs. Transit Time
Please note that lead time is not the same as shipping time.

Lead time is the time it takes to manufacture your filters:
1–2 weeks for standard-sized filters
Up to 3 weeks for custom-sized filters
Transit time (actual delivery time) depends on your location and the shipping carrier.
